PTA Information
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) plays a vital role in fostering strong partnerships between families and the school. It serves as a bridge between parents and educators, working together to support students’ learning, well-being and overall school experience. The PTA helps organise events, support school initiatives and create a welcoming sense of community where every parent’s voice is valued.
An election is held every two years, during which interested parents and teachers may express their interest in joining the PTA. The parents and teachers who receive the most votes are elected, and at their first meeting, they decide among themselves which roles they will take on, such as president, treasurer and secretary. Through this democratic process and active involvement, the PTA strengthens communication and collaboration, contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
